Wie formen wir in der Kunst eine Brücke zwischen traditionellen Praktiken und der dynamischen Vielfalt unserer Gesellschaft? Welche Allianzen sind notwendig, und wie lassen sie sich bilden? Wie können Kulturinstitutionen sich öffnen und damit nicht nur innovativen ästhetischen Ansätzen Raum bieten, sondern auch Stimmen, die allzu oft übersehen werden? Mit der Veranstaltung D/Allianzen tauchen wir in die facettenreiche Welt der Kunst ein und diskutieren gemeinsam mit Künstler:innen, Expert:innen und Entscheidungsträger:innen aus Kunst und Kultur über solidarische Arbeitsweisen und Strategien, um eine inklusive und vielfältige Kunst- und Kulturlandschaft zu gestalten. Im ersten Teil der Veranstaltung laden wir alle interessierten Teilnehmer:innen zu einem World Café ein. Welche Möglichkeiten gibt es, miteinander in Beziehung zu gehen, gemeinsam Netzwerke und Allianzen zu bilden und Anstöße für einen Strukturwandel zu setzen, um Sichtbarkeit für marginalisierte Positionen zu schaffen? Bei diesem Gesprächsformat diskutieren Teilnehmer:innen über Diversität, Diskriminierung und Fragen von Macht in Kunst - und Kulturinstitutionen. Podiumsgespräch 19.00 – 21.00 Uhr

Das anschließende Podiumsgespräch mit lokalen und internationalen Expert:innen aus Kunst und Kultur widmet sich der Frage, wie in Salzburg Veränderungen hin zu mehr Diversität in Kunst- und Kultureinrichtungen ermöglicht und Transformationsprozesse in Gang gesetzt werden können. Welche Allianzen sind dafür notwendig, und wie lassen sie sich bilden?

D/Alliances - bridging processes hosted by Salzburger Kunstverein

How do we form a bridge in the arts between traditional practices and the dynamic diversity of our society? What alliances are necessary, and how can they be formed? How can cultural institutions open up and thus offer space not only to innovative aesthetic approaches, but also to voices that are all too often overlooked? With the event D/Alliances we dive into the multifaceted world of art and discuss together with artists, experts and decision makers about solidary working methods and strategies in order to shape an inclusive and diverse art and cultural landscape.

World Café 3 to 6 pm

In the first part of the event, we invite all interested participants to a World Café. What ways are there to relate to one another, to form networks and alliances together and to set impulses for a structural change, in order to create visibility for marginalized positions? The World Café is an open space for every participant to interact with one another, and discuss the agencies of diversity, discrimination and power in art and cultural institutions. Panel Discussion 7 to 9 pm

The panel discussion with local and international experts from the fields of art and culture will address the questions of how changes towards more diversity in art and cultural institutions in Salzburg can be made possible, and how transformation processes can be set in motion. What alliances are necessary for this, and how can they be formed?
