NETZWERK IN PRAXIS ist die Adaption der bisher stattgefundenen öffentlichen Netzwerk-Brunches. Gemeinsam mit den 86 Mitglieds-Institutionen und Vereinen von D—Arts werden gemeinsame Arbeitspraktiken etabliert. Mit dieser Veranstaltung setzen wir das Thema "D—Arts, Code of Conduct" fort. Nora Rafaeil stellt vor, wie wir im Jahr 2025 gemeinsam für das Projektbüro den “D—Arts, Code of Conduct” erarbeiten werden.

Nora Refaeil ist spezialisiert auf Mediation, Organisationsentwicklung, Coaching sowie das Design und die Moderation von institutionellen Öffnungsprozessen – insbesondere in Kulturinstitutionen – und auf transformative Gerechtigkeit. Sie lehrt an den Universitäten Basel (Vergangenheitsaufarbeitung) und Bern (Kommunikation und Konfliktmanagement) und ist Vizepräsidentin der Eidgenössischen Kommission gegen Rassismus. Ihre Arbeit führt sie sowohl in der Schweiz als auch international durch.

Im Rahmen von NETZWERK IN PRAXIS vertiefen wir jeweils ein Themenfeld, dass sich konkret mit Diversität und Diskriminierung auseinandersetzt, um Maßnahmen und Strategien zu deren Umsetzung zu entwickeln. Die Frage lautet dabei immer: Wie lässt sich aus einem Thema eine gemeinsame konkrete Arbeitspraxis ableiten und mit welchen Maßnahmen kann der Bedarf nach Transformation praktisch in die Tat umgesetzt werden? NETZWERK IN PRAXIS stellt somit die Frage, wie wir gemeinsam an einem solidarischen Netzwerk arbeiten können und welche Selbstbindung die Mitglieds-Institutionen und Vereine als Voraussetzung sehen, um gemeinsame Strategien und Maßnahmen für die Transformation des Kunst-und Kulturbetriebs zu entwickeln.

Im Jahr 2025 widmen sich alle NETZWERK IN PRAXIS Veranstaltungen dem “D—Arts, Code of Conduct” Prozess.

Diese Veranstaltung wird auf Deutsch und Englisch stattfinden. Die Veranstaltung ist öffentlich für alle interessierten Künstler:innen, Kulturarbeiter:innen und Aktivist:innen. Anmeldung unter office@d-arts.at

NETWORK IN PRACTICE is the adaptation of the public network brunches that have taken place so far. Together with the 86 member institutions and associations of D—Arts, joint working practices are being established. With this event, we continue the theme
“D—Arts, Code of Conduct.” Nora Refaeil will present how we will collaboratively develop the “D—Arts, Code of Conduct” for the project office in 2025.

Nora Refaeil specializes in mediation, organizational development, coaching, and the design and facilitation of institutional opening processes—particularly within cultural institutions—as well as in transformative justice. She teaches at the Universities of Basel (dealing with the past) and Bern (communication and conflict management) and is Vice President of the Federal Commission against Racism in Switzerland. Her work spans both Switzerland and international contexts.

Within the framework of NETWORK IN PRACTICE, we delve into a specific topic area that addresses diversity and discrimination in a concrete way, with the aim of developing actionable measures and strategies. The guiding question is always: How can a topic be translated into a shared, concrete working practice, and what measures can practically implement the need for transformation? NETWORK IN PRACTICE thus asks how we can collaboratively build a network rooted in solidarity, and what kinds of mutual commitment member institutions and associations consider necessary in order to develop shared strategies and measures for transforming the arts and culture sector.

In 2025, all NETWORK IN PRACTICE events will be dedicated to the “D—Arts, Code of Conduct” process.

This event will be held in German and English. The event is open to all interested artists, cultural workers and activists. Registration at office@d-arts.at
