Außerordentliche GENERALVERSAMMLUNG & VORSTANDSWAHL & NETZWERK IN PRAXIS

Im ersten Teil findet die außerordentliche Generalversammlung statt.
Im Rahmen der außerordentlichen Generalversammlung findet die Wahl der Vorstandspositionen Sprecher:in und stellvertretende Sprecher:in für den Kreis 1 (Aktivistischer Kreis) statt. Tayla Myree (Unterstützer:in) kandidiert für die Wahl zur Sprecher:in und Justina Špeirokaitė (QUESTION ME & ANSWER) kandidiert für die Wahl zur stellvertretenden Sprecher:in. Jaskaran Singh (trivium) stellt sich für beide Positionen zur Verfügung und überlässt es dem Kreis zu entscheiden, wo er am sinnvollsten eingesetzt ist.
Darüber hinaus wird Elisabeth Bernroitner zur Bestellung als Mitglied des Kuratoriums vorgeschlagen. Elisabeth ist seit Beginn bei D—Arts engagiert und konzipiert seit 2023 Fortbildungen sowie interne Weiterbildungsformate für das Netzwerk. Sie entwickelte und begleitete das D—Arts-Berater:innenprogramm als Prozessleitung. Sie arbeitet als Trainerin und Beraterin sowie als Autorin, Jurorin und Lektorin zu Diversität und Diskriminierungskritik in Kunst und Kultur. Darüber hinaus ist sie künstlerische Co-Leitung der Brunnenpassage Wien. Mit Blick auf die nächste Phase der Arbeit am Code of Conduct wird ihre Expertise die Arbeit von D—Arts und die fachliche Begleitung des Vorstands im Kuratorium stärken.
Im zweiten Teil setzen wir unsere gemeinsame Arbeit am D—Arts Code of Conduct fort. Dabei stellen die beiden Arbeitsgruppen ihre bisherigen Work-in-Progress-Ergebnisse vor:
Gewalt- und Sicherheitsprävention in Kunst und Kultur mit Sara Hassan und Dilan Şengül
Diskriminierungskritische Trainings für Jurys mit Natalia Hecht und Zuzana Ernst
Anschließend vertiefen wir die vorgestellten Ansätze in den Arbeitsgruppen: Wir diskutieren, reflektieren und arbeiten gemeinsam an den bisherigen Ergebnissen weiter. Zum Abschluss kommen wir wieder zusammen, um die Ergebnisse aus den Gruppen zu teilen und den Code-of-Conduct-Prozess gemeinsam mit Fragen, Rückmeldungen und weiteren Perspektiven weiterzuführen.

Extraordinary GENERAL ASSEMBLY & BOARD ELECTION & NETWORK IN PRACTICE

The first part of the programme will be dedicated to the Extraordinary General Assembly.
As part of the Extraordinary General Assembly, elections will be held for the Board positions of Speaker and Deputy Speaker representing Circle 1 (Activist Circle). Tayla Myree (Supporting Member) is standing for election as Speaker and Justina Špeirokaitė (QUESTION ME & ANSWER) is standing for election as Deputy Speaker. Jaskaran Singh (trivium) is standing for both positions and is leaving it to the Circle 1 to decide which position would be the best fit.
In addition, Elisabeth Bernroitner will be proposed as a Member of the Advisory Board. Elisabeth has been involved with D—Arts from the beginning and has been developing professional development programmes and internal learning formats for the network since 2023. She developed and facilitated the D—Arts consultant programme. She works as a trainer and consultant, as well as an author, juror, and editor, focusing on diversity and discrimination-critical approaches in the arts and culture. She is also Co-Artistic Director of Brunnenpassage Wien. Looking ahead to the next phase of the Code of Conduct process, her expertise will strengthen the work of D—Arts and the Advisory Board’s professional support for the Board.
In the second part of the programme, we will continue our collective work on the D—Arts Code of Conduct. The two working groups will present the progress of their work:
Violence Prevention and Safeguarding in Arts and Culture with Sara Hassan and Dilan Şengül
Anti-Discrimination Training for Jury Members with Natalia Hecht and Zuzana Ernst
We will then deepen the approaches presented in the working groups by discussing, reflecting on, and collectively developing the work further. We will come together again at the end to share the results from the groups and continue the Code of Conduct process through questions, feedback, and further perspectives.
